my sport rim (racing boy) dont think will want to try again as small bike not that stable going back riding 80km/h to 90km/hwill do. i using this bike as a kai ta only.

Any mods?

I rode with spoke to 120km/h still very stable.

mine 8-legged rim with 80/90 90/80 too heavy?

after i install, i can rarely hit 100km/h...

btw my spark plug wrong heat range... just realise... after using for like 10000km...

tats i say, it not impt to u... if u mind the FC, u wont install the pipe liao. Wonder if Yoshi or GPR will follow this Wave Exhaust like LV anot? :angel:

My spark plug tip is in between normal and overheating.

Carbon built-up at the outer ring is as black as sin!!!

Currently comparing pics online, my bike is running way way way way too rich....

Will post a pic tonight.

 

My spark plug is CR8EIX.

 

By right must use CR7EIX

 

Nightphantom :what model are u using? Denso IU22? or IU24

There's Yoshimura for wave but no one bring in.

no, mod, totally stock

tire, 90/80 both front & back. what i mean not stable is that a sudden mishap sure cant brake in time. that why....

If u had been riding a big cc bike u understand what i mean by stable.

CR8EIX :- use it before keep giving me back fire last time after 2 round of plug cahge i go back to denso U20EPR9 which is better for my bike till now or NGK CPR6EA-9.

 

you can try. actually no need to use Denso IU22 or IU24. those are expensive if you are saving cost.

wah i seriously noe nuts abt spark plugs man.... i only noe i go lab tell them i want spark plug for wave, 4 dollar per piece... hahaha...

 

i don quite believe i need to spent so much money on plugs as its only a transport bike... 4T i use castrol semi syn also.. 9dollar a bottle... its really a budget bike....

 

i believe in frequent change + lousier oil for wave. why? coz our bike no oil filter... after running 2k km on e wave, e oil is full of foreign particles....

 

imagine u use fully syn and use for 5k km.... all those particles rubbing ur piston and stuff.... in the long run, its even worst... but well , these r just my thoughts and belief only.... (I JUST REALISED I WENT OFF TOPIC!!!!)

I think the yoshi looks much better. :thumb:

 

but from the bending of the pipe, it is meant for the latest Wave.

But better oil n plug do make a difference in the performance. Try once u will know the diff. No harm trying la... :p

I run with Motul 300V fully syn and change every 2k km...

plug every 10k km which is (plug)now....

wat about CR8EGP?? I use it previous for like 5k km (b4 using iridium) and found it like normal plug... or use the normal CPR6EA-9/U20EPR9 better?
