Aiyo... don't like that lah... I believe it's only a spelling mistake for HEL and HELL. :cheeky:

Sprinta03, u even put back your side stand??!!

but it cant go up fully because of the ex racing footrest...

I want to convert back too...

rear brake bites better and can make sparks/fireworks through corners!!!!

yup its true-

even with discbrake conversion n hel brake hose- u wont feel ur rear brake that much UNLESS ur on stock footrest -

why i say that- i have both front and rear hose installed with the HEL lines on my previous 125Z-

front brake: :thumb:

Rear brake: nahhhh.....u aint got the kick' bro'ss.....

conclusion:

-waste money setting up discbrake conversion-

-waste money for the HEL hose on the rear-

-few years down the road, sell off ur bike:cheeky:

True lah. I feel that drum brakes works the best in terms of braking, just that they do not cool down as fast as the disc brakes n asthetically not so nice only. :cheeky:

How time flies...

Big is certainly a warning but small can be downright scary! Never underestimate the effectiveness of small.

Heng ah... I save some $$$ here - no racing footrest for me.

Just change my battery yesterday. Somehow, I feel the bike revs smoother.

Hi guys ,

Need ur assistance again...I having some trouble changing gear at times. When i try to engage to the next gear it will sometime still be stuck in the same and in the end i will get engine brake instead , can be dangerous at times especially from gear 1 to gear 2 as the engine brake is quite strong... I tried changing the engine oil but the problem is still not resolved , could it be my clutch plate wearing off? If so , anyone got any ideas how must to replace one?

Sorry to keep coming up with problems guys...:shy:

Peace!

She will be at least 15 when she rides Motard with me. I dont prefer DRZ, XR is ideal but to get a XR-SM is super difficult now. Maybe I will get the DRZ if I am left with no choice. WR-SM is another choice.

XR-sm is awesome too but it's rare/cant buy new and more bullet-proof than drz.

Hi Musha , Care to explain how do i check the freeplay of the clutch ?:p

I think you need to get your mechanic to do it for you coz i also not sure. My mech says clutch free play no good, after he adjust adjust (w/o me around), ok liao. :cheeky:

Bulletproof rating for SM:

1.Honda XR - :lovestruck: air-cooled

2.Suzuki DRZ

3. Husqvarna SM610

The rest are mostly scrambler converted... scrambler are mostly race-ready so high-maintenance and many break-down are expected.

from read...

musha when u buy motard? 2yr? 3yr? 5yr?

Can buy together...

tempted to get many many small bikes (c90 and supra X)

I'll show u at GAP once a have $$ to buy replace stock footrests. It's easy until every u-turn scrap also can.

*hint* cheap-skate way of scraping is riding motard style.

Bent footrest also can scrap.

I'm still trying to scrap racing footrest lol, my toes very close to the road already.
