i dont noe what to say.... but anyway guys, if really wanna corner, take it to track lar... sg roads are full of hazards... but i understand how u all feeling, sometime backside itchy wanna hang off e bike rite... i also... but be aware of ur bike limits and tire... tires need to generate enuff heat to stick well on the road...

I'll show u at GAP once a have $$ to buy replace stock footrests. It's easy until every u-turn scrap also can.

*hint* cheap-skate way of scraping is riding motard style.

Bent footrest also can scrap.

I'm still trying to scrap racing footrest lol, my toes very close to the road already.

scrap racing footrest:lol:

if the ambulance never come after u have done that then i'll definitely  to you man-

The Italians somehow prove their bike to sound muscular - no doubt. The 1st time i heard the old 996 (was it a Ducati 996? can't really remember liao la), it was like to me "wah lao ae!!!" - SHIOK sia!

Not that it is bad to maintain angmo bikes, it's just too ex (IMHO) to maintain. And somehow, cc to cc based on same type of bike, i feel that Jap bikes are faster.

How time flies...

Sorry, wrt to being ex to maintain. Only one make of bike here in spore is ex to maintain - Kawasaki. Maybe the agent spoils it all.........

Ducati sound nice because of their illegal Termignoni exhaust.

Any japanese bike will sound just as nice withe race/ilegal exhaust especially the new R1 with race akrapovic.

no need to feel that jap bikes are faster based on cc to cc, its alreadi proven... else why haga is racing on a 1198.... they allow 1200cc max for twins... sad truth to me coz i love twins, especially a VTR...

hmmmz, ducati sounds nice with stock exhaust, but even better with termi exhaust...

however to me its completely different ball game.... ducati low revs sound damn awesome, however at high rev its veri "flat".... i dont like it at high rev...

jap bikes are pretty boring to me, but at high rev it sounds so much nicer than the ducks.... i think twins and inlin4 are really totally different... in the pits when everyone on the engine, 1 ducati can probably flush the sound of 2-3 inlines.... probably also due to the bom BOM bom Boom uneven idling

but the main thing is, somehow another, i feel that ducati sportsbike like 748 or 749 are louder than the road bikes like e ducati s4(not the 400cc), or hyper motard.... i wonder why... all r abt the same cc..... was it just made to be LOUDER??

Aren't the Vs slower than the inline engines? o_O

If compare at same cc, V-twins are slower...

layman:

V-twin = torque bias

Inline = power bias

It's not fair for them to allow v-twins to have more cc because they trade power for torque. gay ducati must have paid more $$$$$$$$$$$ to FIA

What if they made V-twin motards

accidentally power wheelie at gear 6 when attempting to overtaking.

In bikes, there is a V4 isn't it?

If we are talking vehicles here, Mazda RX7 & RX8 owners are not god. In cars, boxers are used by porkys and scoobies (anymore har?) too.
