An update on my newly acquired clutch set. Here is what was used - Yamaha (???) original clutch plates, aftermarket slightly longer clutch springs, Made In Taiwan clutch releasing device and clutching housing (don't know what brand).

Better acceleration and the bike is actually quieter while cruising. 1st gear runs out of gear very fast and 2nd gear can move with more punch. Engine brake is much stronger. Have not try max speed yet. Will try soon.

But I was thinking... aren't all new clutch are like that...??

I also say so but they fit perfectly. I think all kups use the same plates.

its not a fair review for e aftermarket clutch.... coz ur old 1 i remember u said was pretty worn alreadi.

imo, not a very fair test. but deep inside, we always beleive its better coz its aftermarket "racing" stuff... or at least i believe.... =)

i dont noe, but any of u use FP60???? i dont find much diff whether i use or not... in fact the brand of petrol makes more diff compared to using fp60..... but somehow i still buy it as i believe it will clean my injectors and stuff...

Ya, i know it's not exactly a fair review. I take it with a pinch of salt... :cheeky: Now that my clutch is working much better than b4, i m happy liao. :p

I have not use FP60 b4. I believe for high-rev engines, these additives feels like nothing in terms of power. Previously, I used X1R in my TZR250 petrol tank for every track day, just one time forget to put, 1 piston seized, suay or it's the X1R? o_O

$300 for XS size(stock clearance). Real carbon fibre.

There's a new carbon fibre helmet by akuma which comes with transition visor but no one bring in...

$300 quite ok leh. Why don't order and wait for it? o_O

Real CF weave on the helmet shell, right? If it's a actually CF-made helmet, i think will be thousands of dollars... :cheeky:
