So it's the diff in that Race Kit. From my understanding, race kits are packed together with the smaller kits in the original boxes. The agent took it out to sell separately, izit?

Yup. agent took out. (Reason: Not legal) IMO, it's BS.

Race kit is the same as no silencer just that u look like u have a silencer installed.

I couldn't agree more. If not legal, it is the owner's "problem" whether he wants to take the risk or not. They are taking away our 35 bucks for nothing!

The bracket at the mid pipe is a must. the bracket comes with the exhaust.
