My mum just complain LV too loud when without silencer...

I personally cant tahan the Loud LV on highway,

city(0-70km/h) very nice as Rev keep changing

highway(80km/h) is monotoned, loud and annoying...

Not necessary better braking. IMO, it's more for looks than anything else.

I got a big front disc set up on my Spark110 the last time. The braking is worst than my standard disc!
