oh yah... the mechanic told me my sprockets size are front 14t and rear 36. he said mine have to change to front 15t with rear 36 den wont have this problems is it true?

high rpm = more vibrations.

low rpm = less vibrations.

personally i feel wave starts to vibrate a little after 80km/h. and yes, i do agree that increasing the front would probably set the rpm lower at same speed....

either that u can decrease ur rear spocket.. same effect... :)

oh, and abt ur suspension, just change the oil, seal and stuff.. i think malaysia jb ah boi charge abt 60rm for that service....

jb is cheaper, but dun get chopped!!! our bike braking is really ****... before u think of changing ur disc, have u ever bleed ur brakes in e first place??

another cheaper alternative than disc brake is change ur brake hose have better feel.....
bros... my bike always reach between 85km/h to 90km/h den bike will jerked like engine brakes and vibration alot too' date=' but when i travelled less than 80km/h it wont be like that. why like that ah? i ask mechanic he said is becuz my sprockets are stock size thats why which i hardly believe him lor. anyone experienced before or know wats wrong?[/quote']

my rear now size 34-still vibrate-

gonna change bigger sprocket tonite at jb for pick up-

hope they have size above 36 like 38:lovestruck:

sprocket sizes causes vibration doesnt have any link to me lei-

Dont worry to much la-just get use to it- its a vibrating bike for sure:cheeky:

if 85km/h to 9okm/h vibration already seems worst to u-

try hitting 120km/h- heaven & earth:lol:

one possibility tat it keeps jerking is maybe the way u control ur throttle-

at a speed around 100km/h once u close a bit it will definitely jerk-

(base on experience)

hope this helps to lighten up ur probs abit:thumb:

If use illegal pipe can get caught, why dont just use header only? :X

TP catch say exhaust fell off? lol :X

What illegal pipes are there? Are all cheaper than L.V ?

Endurance, AHM, DBS, NOB1?

which one better? or just find the sound i like?

better i doubt theres any difference but sound wise-

like u said which one has the nicest sound go for it lor-

but i dont recommend anything la-

cos later pocket deep2 hole when kana caught:angel:

spocket size will cause vibration indirectly.

eg: 1) last gear at 90km/h with rear 36size spocket

2) last gear at 90km/h with rear 34 size spocket.

option 2 would probaby have a lower rpm compared to option 1 at the given same speed...... and vibrations are caused by the engine being stressed.

Doesn't mean the oversized brake discs will be of better braking effect. Sometimes it is even worst.

haiya friend-even holding on one hand can still feel the handlebar trying to wiggle-

guwakzai: My battlax doesnt seem to produce any uneven surface to cause that problem??

Thats from wat i see la-

rear ryre wear off faster..causing ur front much higher than rear..front too light will cause it to wobble even with slightest uneven on road surface.

battlax does not have a suitable 80/80 front to use..i assume urs should be 80/90.

so your rear should be 90/80. therefore Front higher than rear, front very light, rear wear off faster, front will be even higher...> wobble.

i tested 80/90 front with 90/80 rear oso have this problem..

so i change to 80/80 front and rear still remain...not much wobbling..

in my opinion 80/80 front with 90/90 rear will not have the wobbling effect.but i have not tested on this spec.

dunno whether there is this 80/70 or 70/70 front tyre...if have, combine with rear 90/80 will be very stable i guess..

really doubt e difference in tires size or tire wear would cause the bike to wobble.

its either the tire itself becomes uneven after long period(eg: dunlop tt900) that causes the bumpiness, or handling issue as mention in earlier post.

That's a bit over leh... The wear of rear causes the front to be lighter and higher and hence cause the wobbling sounds almost hard to believe.
