It sounds like he is leaving Planet to work with Ah Beng soon but should still not recommend other shops while working for this.

maybe that customer was asking where is ah beng, how come he's nott working etc... and I find it nothing wrong that ah huat, as a friends of his, telling the customer that ah beng's location mah.

Recently I just went to Bikeworkz to change my sprockets and chain.

I also have my rear shock rebounder adjusted according to my weight.

 

It cost me arnd $250+.

 

The chain is DID X-Ring chain and the sprockets is Carbon Steel Sprockets.....

 

The Boss there I think his name is Joseph..... He is a whacky guy.....

He know quite a lot of stuff especially how to maintain your EFI bikes and how to customise your own bike.

 

The mechanic there is Ah Beng, who, used to be working in Planet Motor.

He specializes in EFI bikes...

 

If anyone got any comments please feel free to post .......

Not true.. I've got friends whom have sent their bike in for servicing and Ah Huat has been promoting his "competitors" service. And no, they are not asking abt Ah Beng.

 

I guess it all goes down to ethics and professionalism and people has different views on it. It's all MY OWN PERSONAL VIEW. I just don't think its right to tell the customer, "Hey, go to XXX shop if you are free or for your next servicing. Go try out their servicing k."

- The mech is ah beng (Patrick)

- very patient guy

- will explain in detail abt everything

- very careful with your bike

- die die also find solution for u. unless really cannot do..

 

Boss

- Nice guy whom u can chat to while waiting

 

Shop

- Very windy.. cuz alot of fans!

- they do insurance and road tax too i think.. basically whatever all other bike shops do!

- Carries a new brand of EO i think.. AP brand.. seems quite good..

- Prices are competitive.. but since just opened, u might find urself getting a bargain?

- NEW!! they have NETS now.. so u no need bring cash liaoz..

 

i'm a happy and satisfied customer, pleased with the good workmanship when i went there to service my bike recently. :thumb:

This is wat happened in Planet......

Arnd 3 weeks ago...

A K3 bike send in his bike for servicing and injector cleaning......

After the bike's injector is cleaned, ah chong turn the secondary emulsion valve instead of the air intake screw... Thats is when he screwed up the bike...

One of the injector is not working anymre and smoke is cming out of the exhaust...

The owner waited for his bike frm noon till evening when finally ah chong 'bo bian' called the owner to send his bike back to the suzuki distributor to reset his injector back to factory settings.....

I heard that he was ex-Planet despatch Ah Yen's fren.....

 

 

 

Few days ago, a cbr lmodel went for carbruetor servicing....

Ah Hock hlp the cbr do the servicing and he over tighten one of the air intake whre the screw broke inside the carbruetor.... The owner then went to Bikeworkz and find ah beng to hlp him..... Lucky for him he doesnt need to buy a new set of air intake screws......

After that he went back to PLanet to gif ah chong a hard time, that is when ah hock got a scolding frm ah chong.....
