The reason for me highly recommanding this bike shop is the working attitude and their honest ethics. Went to service my bike due constantly experiencing overheating. Told Ah beng the situation, came over and troubleshoot 1 by 1. Check the fan, coolant level. Flushed the coolant, cant work. Try with their own radiator cap which is fresh from the box, still no change. Left a mess in front of the shop with all the spilled coolant. After which 3 mech gather around (ah beng himself, another guy with specs and 3rd guy quite muscular looking) e bike trying to make sense of the situation.

Was quite dejectd by then casue nothing seems to work except changing the water pump. Told ah beng to juz change that but he wanted to have a physical look at my water pump 1st before recommanding me to change. Funny thing was, my water pump is in working condiiton and that makes him 100% certain that probelm lies with the "thermostat". The process is long but ultimately I'm not spending and replacing on stuffs that are not necessary to change.

Previously I went to another bike shop with the same problem and immediately the mech told me my water pump is a gone case issue, instead of checking but simply assuring pro will be solve with new water pump, cap and thermostat. Might as well I change whole bike, top to bottom no pro at all..

u're the cbr400?
