i heard from some tow trucks they say got a few bike shops operate at nite but refused to reveal where even though they know.

23March2013 update: It close at 830pm when I called. I had my signal light wiring loose and need urgent simple repair. I found Republic Motor at Shun Li that open when I came at 915pm. There was a customer before me as well. Next day, it was also open till 9.15 when I came again. Btw, no shops open at Autobay for bikes, as I went through them on Monday. I ask some mechanics (?) or guys hanging around but none want to work to check my wiring so I am glad Republic Motor check out my bike.
