Refer to the post by vvss above. As long as you meet the criteria, bring 1 passport size photo and RM30. Go to the JB immigration (Opposite City Square aka the place you take bus from JB to SG).

 

Before the place you get your passort stamp, there is a security counter on the right. Go there to exchange for a pass (using your NRIC) then go to the office to make the MACS. You can ask for direction to the office. The forms are available at the office. The place is open 24 hours. I went pass midnight, no Q at all, done in 10mins.

now no need guys...there is a counter at a few shopping places in jb with mobile macs counter...takes about less than 10 mins to do it...just bring rm30 and your passport!! that's it...

Went last nyte to jb to pump.. All counters display white card out of stock.. Saw few of our fellow riders stranded at the jb custom.... Very fishy la... Immigration document oso can out of stock.. Haiz

hmm now very hard to get white card. wanmna do macs also cannot, cause my passport exipiring in less than 2 yrs. haiizzz

Yap, now Malaysia out of white cards, I have asked the counter like that then no white card how to go in, the counter officer said they will chop the passport with a special chop, no idea what it looks like, because I was using MACS.

 

MACs expires in 1 year, every year need to renew one....

Passport got 2 years left ok right?

passport need to be at least valid for another 2 yrs. so i think urs shud be ok. =)

I went in a few times these past 2 weeks and they said white card out of stock and therefore just chop and go lor, i dont recall anyone being stranded without a white card tho?
