hey brother i think i saw the ****er ytd only !!! was going to slow down ytd at jalan bahar exit to ay hi but he zoom pass mi. if i had read this earlier i would have followed him man. sad to here this bro... i encounter such idiot before too... jus try not to trust this kind of ppl too much next time.

Well, problem is that "illegal contracts" cant be enforced..

 

otherwise, all the ah longs will be taking the borrowers to court instead of the superglue and paint routine...

guess summons he can still pin on the subrider provided he can lay his hands on the subrider's license details and consent..

 

installments are another issue he's gotta explain..

The non-riding insurance is the insurance will show the owner(not riding) and will show who is the rider riding the bike...

Maybe stating some incentives to those who help to find back yr bike willl greatly speed up the process of nailing the culprit
