today while riding at pie changi the rain suddenly come down.. so i park at shoulder to wear my raincoat + answer phone call since someone called. suddenly i saw this motor bike also want to wear raincoat so cut into the shoulder from lane 2 to lane 3 to shoulder..

But the bad thing is the car behind the bike which is a p plate woman driver jam brake with skid as i think the motor cut in suddenly. She escaped the banging to the motorist. But one more van behind the car also jam brake.. but end up bang on her..

so the van stop and get down den kpkb with the motor biker.

Was wondering whose fault is it??

motor fault and van fault.

motor fault was cutting in lane of P-Plate inexperienced driver while van's fault was it followed too closely to the P-Plater causing it to bang the P-Plater knowing very well that p-platers had the highest chance of doing something unpredictable. =)

den how to settle such a case? van claim motor and car claim van? i think the van very clever.. straight go to motor and kpkb so motorbike can be the scapegoat.. but the p plate woman driver blur blur walk out looking very stunned.

anyway the main attraction was a very beautiful girl siting on a phantom bike with one old rider whom i think is her papa.. :)

in an accident, the person who bang others ass (in this case the van) will be made the scapegoat coz he nv follow safe distance with the p-plate car.

May 2005 - July 2007: Honda Phantom TA200 (FU 3*** S)

July 2007 - Dec 2016: Honda CB400 Spec III (FBB 7***X)

Dec 2016 - Aug 2017: Yamaha FZ1N (FBD 4***E)

Aug 2017 - Present: Kawasaki Z1000SX (FBF 6***B)

agree. officially, car can claim against van only. van LL and bike get away. but if TP around, can summon bike for inconsiderate riding...
