Hi guys! Just wanna find out whats the fuel mileage for cbr600f4i model? Can anyone enlighten me. Appreciate ya help!

 

Anywhere from 17km/l to almost 19km/l, depending on the petrol you use and how you work the bike.

hi guys, i noticed that my f4i bike seems to have lost its power acceleration and the engine sound seems rough. Do anyone have any idea what's wrong? Do I need to send my bike for re-tuning? Does that help. Please advise. Thanks!

Out of my budget unfortunately. You can easily use the bigger CBR's usd fork and triple tree. Lot's of it being done overseas.

 

Are you looking for better front end? Just change to different density fork oil or even change the spring. With a bigger budget, you can get a gold valve emulator from RaceTech (US suspension site).

May I know if anyone here owns the CBR 600 RR with ABS? Thinking of getting one for the 2010 model, but I want to know how to check if the bike has ABS in case the motor diam tries to pull a fast one.

Also, is it true that if you choose the ABS version, you are only stuck with one choice of colour?

nightguyz - 1st u dun get stuck in abs version in only 1 color, they shld have more color unless the bike shop ask to bring in 1 each and those that is offer to u is left over. ABS the front brake is different, i think they use different caliper.

Question. Anyone tried to reduce the weight of your F4i before? Like changing to a lighter aftermarket exhaust or other methods besides losing weight yourself? (Maybe can shed 1-2kg)

Removed the fairing and convert it to a streetfighter. Not sure how much weight is saved as only the headlight and bracket is heavy. Also got a titanium full system with CF muffler.

 

Alloy wheels will help more but no mulah.

Got a qustion here. There is a ticking sound in my F4i, and if I really whack the bike, the sound will be kinda louder..however there is really no problem riding the bike..

 

I suspected it may be time for valve clearance, but looking into other possibilites too, can anyone enlighten me?

Possibly it could be due to your timing chain and chain tensioner. Go to bike shop and check early. If you keep whacking and if the timing chain snaps, it can cause a great damage to your engine.
