hey guy some idot bang to me head on..... and i was transported to hospital by ambulance.... that time tp ask for ma no. and so for but till now no call.. and i don;t have the other party vehicle no. wat should i do guys... need help. pls help me newbie/..

Bro, sorry to hear about your accident. Get in touch with the police, let them know the details and they should be able to provide you with more details on the other party. Then go see a lawyer and make a claim.

Wrong assumption. Even successful claimants who win 100% of damages sought + P&P costs will still pay some costs.

Me too, was involved with an accident last week...bro, how did the accident happen? Wat do u mean by head on? For me after i came out from the hospital, i go make a police report at the nearest polic station. From there, they told me who was my IO and they gave me his number. The next day, i went to give him a call and was informed that my bike is in the TP compound..I went to see him for further questioning and then i was given the letter to release my bike from the compound...I dun think u need to pay any cent...is either u claim from the other party or u can claim ur own insurance if urs is a first party...But not to worry so much and rest well at home, i advise u to jus let ur most trusted motorshop to handle ur case...they will help u to settle ur claim, engage a lawyer and tells u wat to do...Hey, remember to keep ur medical bills, photo of ur injuries etc...they are very useful in ur claim...Lastly, speedy recovery to u, rest well...
