Bike price will definitely increase as the cheaper, more pollutive (read: usually carbureted) motorcycles will be phased out in favour of cleaner, more expensive (read: usually fuel-injected) motorcycles. There are a few carb models that will stay though because they meet the new regulation, the Jupiter MX, FZ16, and Bajaj 200NS. But the YBR125 carb model, Wave 125 carb model, Pulsar DTSi, all cannot be sold brand new anymore. But then again, hopefully people will stop bidding so high for COE when the time comes so even if the machine price increase, the lower COE will offset it.

Probably those new bike coming in & that meet spec will be EXP.... For those existing & meet spec dont think will increase price.

so for 2 strokers which does not meet the euro 3 requirement, price is gonna drop?

If you can even find a new 2 stroke in a shop today, yes probably by a couple hundred. But it doesnt justify the 2k increase in COE because the shop will scramble to register it before october so you won't save anything.

The problem is inspection centers are full of idiots, NEA is full of idiots, LTA are the biggest idiots of them all, the sort of idiots who will say GSR400 pipe not legal because its 4 into 1 eventhough the bike stock is like that.

Your 2 stroke stock will smoke a lil, like all 2 strokes, still can kena saman. I have no idea why they are enforcing silly Euro emission compliance but not adopting TUV, DOT and SNELL certifications. Lazy mafakers I guess, just copy framework.
