  7. Hi All, Selling my beloved 2010 Kawasaki Versys 650 due to underutilization. Bike has been reliable in the past 3 years. Super easy to maintain with just 2 cylinders instead of the usual 4. Good for commuting daily. Servicing has always been done at Planet Motors. Current mileage around 68k. Selling at $9k slightly negotiable. Bike is still under HP but I will settle with the bike shop. Please contact 9853 3973 for more info!

  14. Interested to know more about this sound. Sounds suspiciously like what my bike is sounding like now. Zzzz
  15. Which 911? Some models are a keeper especially the older air cooled ones. The newer ones... Don't think they have as much value as those. Those that I know from my previous jobs really hang on to the air cooled ones as if they found a pearl..
  16. Where u buy from then where u find the replacement...
  17. Yea. That's what I'm aiming for too..
  18. Waa when I can I debt free....
  19. Actually it is quite interesting to see that a lot of our mechanics here are like doctors in Indonesia. Just swap parts and charge to customer. Better be armed with some info yourself before doing anything major and pay for yourself. Unless you have money to send your bike to authorized dealers for all maintenance and then have the authority to raise it up to their factory, I think this is the way to go.. I was also once quoted for clutch plate and discs for a problem that was caused by a dirt soaked gear shifter. Solved by squirting wd40 at the shifter linkages..

  21. Type approval maybe?
  22. Sorry for assuming you're a new rider in the riding world in the sense of u just got your license at the earliest possible age. But imagine this, if somebody here were to give u an example of all that you've asked for and things do go wrong after that, who will u put the blame on? Are u going to say so-and-so said this on the forum and I followed his advice? At the end of the day who's paying for the damage? As they said above, please refer to the manufacturers recommendation. The bikes were not made by people on this forum so don't ask us. After you get some basic information on the recommendation then you might find some similar items by other brands as well. Only then u should ask for opinions from other riders as to some personal preference items like engine oil color or brake pad brands. Armed with the correct information, you will also prevent yourself from being offered the wrong advice from other people too. On a side note, please do not insist on right of way when u ride. Please remember when u do crash, you're the one getting physically injured. The other party will most probably only suffer material damage. Ride safe and hope u get your info from the right sources.
