yeah you will need to know what your bike can do and cannot do. Just like riding a phantom vs riding a SP. sure different feeling one. Thus, need to know your bike's limit and capabilities before whacking it.

cos tat time passed 1yr ++, no $$ to buy bike + @ NS, then finally got a loan from my sis, paid for my TA. then on the day to tk bike, my dad sent me there, he was on his Steed mind you, i didnt know i shld check bike, jus know ive to go top up petrol, so after pumping, straight away AYE home. Somemore kallang kabot, jus follow him blindly, nv adjust mirror, dunnoe abt run in, nv check blind spot. jus chase...

any bike can travel. far or long, as long as its well maintain, it shld last the distance.

When i got my bike on the first day, mab and me sped through BKE at 120kph

Haha! Check first la, actually very simple. You just have to ask them to talk and you can tell from their voices if they have an extra piece of meat down there already.. I kena 1st hand experience ah!

Anyway talking about riding up to thailand, some of the vara outriders are riding up to thailand to rewrap their seats cheap cheap only, wanna follow??

You know i'd rather ride a cbr up to thailand than SP/KRR, i believe they can be fast but might not be able to reach there.. I rather go slow but can go up and back

Then reach thailand liao OVERHAUL my CBR 0.15k. cos there many many parts and many many cheap. LOL [

eh... my bike(TA), oni died on me once, cos i fail to pay notice the symptoms it gav me earlier, battery weak. other than that, no beak dwn on the so far...

i tink u shld tk one step @ a time, plan the trips frm a day to long durations, nt one time siong siong, cos u wouldnt know yr limits yet.

1) wet the whole bike

2) Spray degreaser and let it settle for 5 mins.

3) use sponge and scrub of road grimes.

4) Rinse with water thoroughly.

5) Wash bike with shampoo

6) rinse thoroughly

7) Air it for 10 mins

8) Wipe dry

9) jack up and lube chain and other parts.

10) wipe bike with some plastic protectant that makes it shiney and glossy.

11) Final check on any faulty or abnormal parts.

if they do, I'd go.. If not, i ownself wash better.
