A got license and riding bike but B is still going for license not yet have... but B wanna borrow bike from A to test ride...(outside) A dun want... but B insist again... A give up and borrow B... after 5 min Tp come... tio liao... B no license ride A bike... then when go Tp HQ A say he was in the car of fren C while frenz B is riding the bike... frenz B admit... but Tp say is A fault's that he never take key out from bike... and say A license will revoke... recently A meet with accident and so is the license really going to be revoke? Waiting for court.... if frenz B say he took and ride without permission, will A still be charge for borrow the bike to B...

It depends on what A has admitted to the IO. And how much A has lied.

Then there is the issue of sending B to prison for 'stealing' that bike with that lie.

yar.. i tink prison might be inevitable..

then again, i thought of something.. if TP spots fren A and B talking and eg fren B is seated on the bike.. = THE END.

Actually only got 3 outcomes,

1. 'A' admit to lending the bike, Licence revoked and both get fined.

2. 'A' claims that he didn't lend 'B' the bike, 'B' goes to jail for stealing motorbike.

3. 'A' claims he didn't lend the bike, but the lied was exposed.

'A' gets charged with lying to the police, probably have to go to jail, licence revoked.

'B' gets fined.

how come TP can easily identify those with no license ah? Read so many cases like this where TP come almost immediately upon his bum touching the seat... where as many ppl ride for years without ever being stopped by TP... just luck or those who "test test" their fren's bike really so obvious cant ride a bike?

then again.. mscp higher levels, sounds more safer than an open carpark...

and no... i'm not recommending to lend to learners .. just a suggestion..
