Back sprocket = Bajaj 42 teeth ( i think)

iam using 92.. no problem... still runs like the wind

BAJAJ Pulsar 180(apr06)-(nov07)

HONDA NSR 150 sp(nov07)-(mar09)

HONDA specIII(mar09)-(dec10)

top speed: TBC

Hi guys, may i know anyone of you here got this problem...

 

My LED speedometer does not show any thing in it other than the orange backlight...

 

Went to agent and the in-charge can't tell me why and just ask me to wait for stock, it's being quite some time...

 

Hopefully so find someone with similar problem but retified already...

Bro, have you check the wires? Might be loose.

 

One more thing, guys, those with digital speedo, if your look carefully the digital console that we have, should be able to indicate more informations than what we can currently see.

 

Am I correct?? cause I can see the icons on the display under strong light. It is at the top part.:confused:

I tried to open up the headlight assembly but fail cause can't reach the inner part screw...

 

Did anyone here had open up the headlight assembly before???

so far my speedo hasnt gave me any prob yet..

kailong - u opened the head fairing.... did u see any condenser inside the head? can take some pictures? cos 1 2 install hazard lights muz tap to the signal condenser.

sorry ar, i only manage to remove half way through cause got 2 screw right inside the head, so i can't reach them...

Yup mine open before,cause change the meter bulbs the the right signal light.Cause dont know who go and smash it. :angry: I saw the mechanic dismantle its quite easy.He uses only a plus screwdriver only if i did not remember wrongly:smile:

i tried to open the head cowling oso cannot.....

total i removed 6 screw the digital speedo can move slight up but blocked by the ignition.

anyone successfully open a new UG3 model head cowling pls teach us how to open.

Btw, i still have a bit of problem engaging into 5th gear. Have to kick it in again harder.

I got a problem, my bike like got no power. When engine on, the engine kept stalling. bring to Universal they said the bike like this, no power. wat the heck. I suspect its the CARB.

 

Plus now the whole digital system is haywire. I cant even know wats my speed/Milage etc. they said they got no stock now. must wait. How to wait? I think this is dangerous to me. somemore my best fren is the one that is riding it most of the time. Problem sia...thought of gg there this week to tell them of my unhappiness. :(

sad to hear so many of the new UG3 speedo something wrong...mine so far ok leh... touchwood...

anyway if anyone happens to drop by universal to change anything bulb, speedo or watever in the head cowling, can note how to remove the head cowling?? cos i wanted to DIY hazard lights but couldnt remove the head cowling.

 

bike no power... u r correct should be the carb... i opened n wash the carb myself after the bike keep stalling when warming up after that is now fine.

or try the tuning first... minus screw 2.5 turns from tighten position then the plus screw adjust to liking of the idling speed.

somehow i got this probelm too at my speedo.... when riding my bike, somehow the digital speed goes haywire seh..... still have the digits but kept blinking and not showing the exact speed.......
