SUZUKI GSX-S 1000 Laggy Throttle Response? Any solutions? Top speed limited?

I am interested in buying the fairing model. I heard almost all reviews complained about the throttle response is very laggy. Snatchy when open throttle from closed position. Is it really very jialat? And any owner tested top speed of the machine already? I scared it comes with top speed limiter till 220kph only.

Saw a GSXS1000 in Ang Mo Kio central carpark nearest to Jubilee. All black, a real beauty. I was curious as I have never seen one before, and took a closer look. Very nice looking bike.

saw few times...stock pipe is loud enough...tested throttle before...goes back to sportsbike feel...light n responsive...no wind protection its more of how fast can the rider take it...

The throttle not really laggy... When going slow lik 40-60km/h sound lik not very smooth... Not a big issue for me... The bike speed I had try can reach 250km/h (only used 65-70% of the throttle ) never try use full throttle bike respond very very fast

laggy as in from a closed position you on back. is it smooth? Or does the power kicks in suddenly as compared to a gradual response. I know the bike is powerful but reviews all around the world conplains of it being snatchy. Being smooth with our throttle is one thing, but to deal with a snatchy throttle going up fraser's hill will be =(
