wah i didnt know got this event.... i dunno if my bike will be ready by then..now is about 80% done for phase 1... left inspection to do... then can be on the road liao.... argghhh...

I'm just proposing below but I do need EVERYONE's advises and opinions:-

 

MEETING FOR THE DESARU DAY RIDE

 

DATE : 30TH MARCH 2008 (SUNDAY)

VENUE : KAMPONG GLAM CAFE (IDEAL VENUE JUST AFTER THE BIKE JAMBOREE)

TIME : BETWEEN 6.00PM TO 6.30PM (MEETING WILL COMMENCE AT 6.30PM SHARP)

AGENDA :

1) Decide on the Proposed Date for The Ride

2) Elect Markers, Marshalls and Sweepers

3) Best Routes for the Ride

4) Ride Meeting Point and Timing

5) Decide on the itinerary for the Ride

6) Safety Precautions

7) Additonal suggestions and opinions (Open to Participants)

 

If anyone has any suggestions or opinions on the above mentioned, it would great to hear from YOU as it really do mean a lot to have your participation.
