Heath Ledger was marvellous. He played Joker very well. Somehow he steals the limelight from Christian Bale with a villian's role.

 

The theme of the movie was the selfish side of man. And was very well emphasised in the movie with the nonsense Joker tried to pull; psychotic Killer who had a bad past with his family.
