I shall answer my own question.. I came back from KL and was greeted with a LTA letter reminding me to attend Court on due to a summon that was given to me on 12JAN 2010, "Failing to exhibit identification mark in a vertical position" my number plate facing the sky..

 

I wrote an appeal letter to LTA & TP on the 13Jan2010 and they said that they will reply to me even thou if the appeal is accepted or not.. I even checked AXS machine and their isn't any records of me getting summon after the appeal letter was sent out. -_-" Story will continue after I call them on Mon again.

yada yada.... suddenly one court letter.. lol.. Hopefully everything will be fine cause if not, I have to pay even higher price.. The summon is $70, now that I got a court fine, I wonder how much more.
