bro ah fai.. this is the sub headlines..

 

anyway from the way back last time... i did mention about joint venture about opening a TD right??.. well can scrap the ideal already.. cos u will be expecting one out very soon... no point opening out somemore... cos later will become like roti boy or bubble tea.. ROFL...

wahh brooooo no nid to rent from me la... just buy la... stay awhile then rent out lor.. when ur rental lease expired.. empty then plan for a holiday to go then stay lor.. soon bian maintain abit lor... then look for new rental occupants...
