x-iled... any idea to riot-ized it ??

Hey Arm, it looks like this:

http://www.drabruzzi.com/images/My%201992%20Vulcan%20500.JPG

veri old skool chopper. One of Kawas first bike in the cruiser market. That single cylinder enjin looks familiar?

Mayb can transform her to a sport-bobber? ala street fighter like dat or mayb to this:-->

http://www.manillar.com.ar/images/78/kawagb/kawag12.jpg

It comes wif sport rims n the parts i think is similar to Vulcan 500 LTD which is popular across the causeway esp JB.

Better still if it xform to this:

Go for it bro...let ur imagination run wild n free. The easyrider way.....

actually i would say this bike has a frame structure very similar to the suzuki intruder. steep neck rake angle and short wheel base..

for a bike like this, u cant go long and low unless u willing to invest in raked trees. due to its rake angle, i think it would be quite nimble in handling. u could go for a streetfighter hybrid stance... or u could go for the old choppers like sgstarrider posted. a frisco styling would also be able to pull off i guess.. but themain thing is this bike isnt big.. dun try to beef it up.. it will look very porportionate if u put a small peanut tank or wassle( dunno spell correctly or not lol ) tank ...everything small and tight.

small and tight. i rikes. heee.

I think a cafe racer/street fighter ala sportster hugger style would be nice as opposed to a chopper or a bobber. Go street! *fist

this bike i think doesnt have the frame for a proper cafe racer.. cafe racers have what we call a featherbed frame.. a general description would be the top backbone is somewhat a straight line with the tail portion. i believe this bike may have its backbone too angled for a cafe racer.

a sportster styling would make it similar to a frisco styling - high mounted tank plus short bars and small fender. then again.. one has to take note of the angle of the backbone as a sportster tank in this case may not look as nice if the angle of the backbone is too steep.. the whole bike will look like it slammed into a wall with its front end squashed up...

why a streetfighter is suitable is cos streetfiighters can utilize sportsbike tanks..which doesnt conform to the arch of the backbone.. thereby breaking the overall shape of the bike..

however, not every one apprecieates a streetfighter in the frame of a cruiser.. so .. a general bobber is still a safer option .. sometign with maybe an egg shaped tank and short fenders.. fork boots and broomstick bars... small headlights , solo seat, pipe wraps.. everythig else sprayed black exposed.. a bar hopper i guess...

Learn something new everyday :) Yea, wouldn't have thought about it if you didn't mention it. I guess we'd mainly look at it aesthetically but not technically.

haha.. well in singapore, since we cnat fabricate frames.. the basic frame structure is very important when u wanna mod a bike.. if its generally simple/normal mods u want... u will have to build ard the frame.. however if u willing to invest in abit of R&D, u can create somethign else from even if u use the stock frame.. like what i did for my own dragstar.. those who have seen it will know.. if u start with the righ base frame, things can be done alot easier.. like i say i can build a cafe racer out of a dragstar.. and it really is possible... with some add ons and such.

Cool bro, but i'm thinking of asking to X-iLED to built it up to look like a street fighter type, low and cool...coz i'm not that tall and it suite me well if it's low with pulled-back dragbars...But agin, it all depends on when i'll be deciding on getting myself a 2nd bike bro...Cheers...

mine.. ahha..the parts are all there i hope.. anyway the major components are up.. excpet for the clutch, coil, water pump, radiator and some other stuff.. needa get new gaskets for all these parts though.. but its good.. at least i know they are all new.. this bike in this current condition is perfect for me.. hahahah can study it throughly.. and u bet i will do something brutally wicked to it...

i'm doing my research now for a 17 inch wheel conversion to take the 180 rear tire.. now its a lousy 150 and i read in overseas forums that this is an area which causes the vmax very poor handling.. thats why it cant take corners..

so first few mods will be to make it a SAFE bike lol -

gonna brace the swingarm for my first mod i guess..followed by the rear wheel conversion.. but.. not so soon for this bike.. must study in dept..
