Forget all those things you heard about CF cracking easily and not able to repair after a crash. This may apply to CF pipes.

However, BST's rims are DOT approved and certified for road use, meaning they can be subjected to the normal abuse of the road, potholes, humps, bumps ...

If I had spare cash, I would get one. Check out the site.

Tashi, that's your helmet.

But you are wearing my boots on the 06.

Every bike should have a steel braided hose minimum.

Although blade's stock braking is the best among the litre bike.

Steel braided hose so expensive nowadays?

I remembered my hel is only $220 inclusive of clutch line.

When e-brake and really squeezed fully on stock rubber lines at high speed, you will get this helpless feeling as you cant feel the bike slowing down further more and is just sliding on the road.

But with steel brake lines, that feeling can be lost.

But it can be found yet again if the speed gets higher and the braking distance shorter. That's when EBC HH brake pad and brembo master pump comes into the picture.

When it comes to braking, that extra 5cm (even if its 1cm) you get out of a $200 - $300 steel brake lines is all worth the money. Especially true in some certain situations.

I dun get turn on by the loud noise pollution from pipes, but i do get excited when i hear the solid braking sound from my bike.

Stock shocks on the blades is hard, but tashi's stock settings seems to be just nice even at high speed. Mine when it's stock settings is also on the hard side. Tashi will tell you how to season it. haha.

Tashi, pls, change to steel brake lines on your new bike before anything else. You really got to trust me on this.

There is a reason why Ken is an advocator of steel brake lines.

Follow this URL and look at the Sadness.jpg.

It was a bad experience for Ken. Check out the post by Ken on the next page why 5 cm matters. But also do check out the Happiness.jpg on the next page. Hehe.

Seasoning shocks can only be achieved with a professional pillion. Heh. Time to find one.

I came across an uncle claiming that his bike has no coil problem. 04 model and millage already hit 40,000. Hope my luck same like his. :cheeky: Now my millage is at 11,500 (3 months old).

Do you guys encounter another problem about this bike? Like on rainy days when you stop at the traffic light, there will be smoke coming out from your fairing side and the RPM starts to drop. And idling weakens.

According to a fren, HONDA is made to perform well when engine is hot. So when in cold wheather the engine slacken a bit. Is this true guys?
