I replaced my spark plugs at Motoworld yesterday. What a female dog of a hassle it was to do to. It is really worth paying the $25 labour charge.

 

Fairiing out, tank out, air filter box out, fuel injector rail out, radiator dismounted. Time taken by a mechanic who had done it 5 times before...2 hours.

 

Since the airbox was out.... I took the opportunity to replace the velocity stacks with aftermarket ones, shorter in height and allows more air into the cylinders thereby increasing midrange and top end power.

 

I need more pulling power out of corners!!! :sian:

 

How much does it cost for a Brembo brake pump and the pressure switch?? Anyone fitted before?

A standard Suzuki K6 can beat the sh+t outta a CBR in the power performance department. Raw brutal power in a very lightweight package. In the hands of an expert who can control and exploit its power.. its superfast on the track.

 

In the hands of a heavy handed amateur.... unexpected wheelies and low sides whilst powering out of corners is the norm.

 

Consolation - CBR power delivery is smoother and is more rideable and better handling. HESD is one of the best things to have on the track.

You need a set of BST wheels. You can accelerate faster, easier, turn better, and brake later. One transformation, and you can accomplish all of the above.

 

Maybe SBF anniversary, Joe will take out his barang barang and offer special price.

Why don't u ask Mr Ken ? He fitted it a year ago.I think it cost around $460.
