Fuel price in s'pore iz rizing like crazy,...:angry:

 

Get the Gorilla like Beagle. 50cc engine, top up full tank sure won't feel the pinch. Silly bugger paid 15k for it, hehe.

I heard some ang mo bought the Black RR8 at BS, but have not registered yet.

 

Anyone knows if Mah had sold any RR8? I have not been there for a long time.

 

Bike Pro told me Boon Siew releasing the bike @ End of May...

heard from ALBERT motor that not a single blade sold in Bukit Merah yet. asked on yesterday :cheeky:

 

But I motoring sold 3 08cbr :cheeky: that was 1 month ago

Hmm, the plot thickens.

 

I got an SMS from BlackHonda, he said he saw news that bikes are not affected in the M'sian fuel ban, if that is true, that is good news indeed!

Anyways they always have the tendency to do a 'pre-order' on latest bikes, so its not surprising people normally do a booking from them

juz back from boon siew. they already sold off the black 08 CBR1000RR to a ang moh when the bike came in straight. :giddy:

 

Mr A.... told me that price will not drop, dun bother to wait for it to go down. den went to BIKE PRO, ah swee recommend me wait for a few more month.

It's sold, but not OTR yet, not registered even I was told.

Does it help? It should be closed for more low end torque no? Anyone did a dyno before and after?

This mod is done by the ang moh friend given to me from http://www.1000rr.net which u also surf too.

 

The person claims that his dyno chart has a 3 Rear wheel horsepower increase on the mid n 1 on the top by doing this mod. this mod is juz to allow the bike pass sound control inspection purpose only.

I dunno man, by the time your rpm hits 4000 or 5000 rpm, both exhaust valve would be open anyway. When you get your RR8, let us know.

i heard him says that the valve will build up a back pressure in your system resulting a "choked" and cause the exhaust to have some back pressure. resulting a lag n hurting its power.

 

if the v/v were to open from the beginning, there will be no chance a back pressure will form. so to say that it increase 3 in mid and 1 in top, its more to say returning 3 to its mid n 1 to its top.

Saw the KTM RC8 at biketech21 ridden by an uncle of about 50 if he was day. The bike looked lovely & sits like the R6'06. I'd have the pics loaded up if I wasn't that too lazy. But the bike is georgous, really.
