LOL, of course, I don't ride till dry, as soon as I feel it's starting to sputter, quickly turn off engine. All my bikes must kena at least once, I somehow feel a need to know how many litres the tank can hold.

Usually the engine still can startup cos there's still fuel, but because the fuel is sloshing around in the tank when bike is moving, the feed is interuppted for a short while.

How come these days slipons are so ex, 2 years ago selling around 600 to 900 only.

http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=214215

Yes, thats what I thought too. And last time end can is much more bigger as well. More material = more cost. Should be the increasing demand in aftermarket which drive up the price. Even the inspection price had raised to $70.

The Leo vince price is till not scary. You should look at Akra and KR tuned price. Anyway try getting the exhaust from your friendly bikeshop. They should be able to sell cheaper.

U pay more for R&D than materials....
yah.... nowadays, exhausts are just like women's clothes... the shorter they get, the more expensive they are......

Those days, when Leo Vince was 1st brought in, only $400 for slip-on, at that time, no body wanted to buy because it was so el-cheapo, now it's 3 times the price.

I think have to pay to WSB teams to have the sticker displayed on the bike.

Did anyone here has bad experience removing the fairing of the 08 CBR1000? I would say it a *****!! Spent almost 9 hours removing the fairing and installing it back.

Anyone also did the flapper mod?

Flapper mod not worth doing, see the article I posted a few pages back.

Saw a few group of bikes on the way back from Muar, maybe it's Youngster and gang.

Here's a pic I took.
