Are you talking about this video?

There are many parts to it. :)

The tagline "twist the throttle" is driving me up the wall. They've wasted my time with countless repetition of that. I've got better things to do ... like pulling out my toenails. :cheeky:

RPM not more the then 4K. Try to ride on small road...then you got more chance to play your gear.

better still, tow the bike to 2nd link and do a hard run in..... 1st stage is only 16km of whacking till RPM6 for every gear........ then down to 1st gear and up again.... so fun......

My advise is high rev run in. Take it to 2nd link ... and twist the throttle!

what does high rev run in mean? i feel when the rpm after 4, the exhaust will go louder, is it the same for u guys?

all of them are teaching you the hard run in... you can try if you want. if you dont want headache...hard run in is more simple.

Like Tashi say is normal...once your RPM reach 4k the sound will change but still have 2nd sound at 7k.

Yep, when the 2nd exhaust valve opens, it's louder, normal.

On the Street:

Warm the engine up completely:

Because of the wind resistance, you don't need to use higher gears like you would on a dyno machine. The main thing is to load the engine by opening the throttle hard in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear.

Realistically, you won't be able to do full throttle runs even in 2nd gear on most bikes without exceeding 65 mph / 104 kph. The best method is to alternate between short bursts of hard acceleration and deceleration. You don't have to go over 65 mph / 104 kph to properly load the rings. Also, make sure that you're not being followed by another bike or car when you decelerate, most drivers won't expect that you'll suddenly slow down, and we don't want

anyone to get hit from behind !!

anyone to get hit from behind !! If u wan a very simple explanation, it simply means whack to a certain RPM on every gear and once u done tat on all the gears, drop all yr gears one at a time (w/o throttle) allowing hard engine brake all the way and then start all over again from 1st gear... If u were to do it on the streets, please do it at 2nd link..... But please note that you would need to change yr EO after 1st stage (estimated at 16 km)...... so u wan a prefect engine, tow it to and fro 2nd link......

hmmmm. crank many times already. more than 5 secs still can work.

no irregular sound from exhaust. the most previous ride is from camp to home at 230km/h only. and the next ride is just like 4hours after than cannot start already.
