Tomorrow when I am free then I scan, now too tired.

Using Leo Vince Gp Pro Evo II slip-on with silencer, BMC air filter and flappers removed.

Anyway, here is the data:

15% throttle - without PCV -Max power = 36.12, Max Torque = 33.22

- with PCV -Max power = 37.66, Max Torque = 38.19

20% throttle - without PCV -Max power = 47.02, Max Torque = 43.60

- with PCV -Max power = 49.75, Max Torque = 46.52

40% throttle - without PCV -Max power = 91.95, Max Torque = 58.61

- with PCV -Max power = 97.00, Max Torque = 60.43

100% throttle - without PCV -Max power = 146.37, Max Torque = 70.24

- with PCV -Max power = 151.37, Max Torque = 72.16

So, is it worth it?

I would say worth it, as the throttle feels so much "lighter" now. It accelerate up so much quicker.

Hmm i got 155hp as peak hp and max torque at 75 at HKL dyno few months back though..

BMC race filter and Leovince GP pro exhaust. (with pcV) somewhat find it abit low lol considering the bemmers are pumping out 180s on stock trim

Anyway did u remove ur silencer?

Just to check , wat size rear tyre are u using?

Using 190/55 rear tyres.

Also BMC street filter, plus with db silencer.

And plus weather makes the difference. :)

Our only difference is the.. silencer i guess.

Hmm any mechanical engineering ppl here? lol

Does gear ratio affect horsepower/torque reading?

Afterall torque = mass x acceleration.

Since acceleration is affected by gear ratio.. and horsepower = ( torque x rpm ) / 5252.

Just curious lol

OMG, you will hate me.

My base is already 151bhp. Having a proper run in is essential. If anyone had seen my video, the reason why it got up a truck after unboxing is because the rain, new tires and road traffic at that time was not conducive for a proper run in.

Maybe HRC has extra horsepower. :cheeky:

Hahaha ya, guess your HRC got extra power.

And also the filter + weather. Guess these two makes a difference too.

Urs also measured at HKL dyno ah?

Yah here.

Does affect. And torque is not mass x acceleration.

That's y mann. Everyone should have followed what u did!

So any tour of Singapore tonight? Sounds fun.

My bad, mass x acc is work done lol

If tashi measured his bike with 190/50 tyres then it explains his higher hp =X

The 190/55 is estimated to be about 1 cm larger in circumference than a 190/50 (although diff tyres have diff circumference)

Which somewhat.. makes the bike feel heavier due to the difference in ratio.

Actually the figures are secondary, more importantly it makes the ride smooth and 'lighter' to accelerate.

Dyno tuning corrects my air/fuel ratio, hopefully this will helps my horrible fuel consumption lol.

I realize not everyone bothers. I'm just too @n@l.

I have a house party to crash tonight. Maybe Sat morning breakfast anyone?

It's force bro. But I doubt that 1 cm will give you that much diff. Plus I was on a super thick mineral oil then, probably that will negate that 1 cm diff?

The figures count for nought if u use the bike to tour Singapore and eat @ Kulai or JB.

Does my secret race track count?

Shouldn't base be stock exhaust/air filter so that you are actually seeing the gains from your mods? Who knows off the factory settings might actually be giving more power than an untuned system.

3 screws is all it need. ^^ Thanks for the enlightenment Akala~ : )

Cheers lol

Work done is not mass x acceleration.

I suggest u better not type out anymore if u do not know.

Woopsy ahah!

Guess i'm gonna need to revise my secondary work physics again =X
