VFR Rides

Hello everyone,

 

Just wondering if any of you guys up for a weekend ride. Nice idea of Bunch of VFRs going on a short outing..

 

Was thinking 19/4 to 20/4 (Sat & Sun).

 

Any suggestions? Genting or Cameroon etc etc? I'm quite new in this touring game and not been to either..just getting the ball rolling so that some more experience members who know the route may take the lead.

genting is good for a 2 day 1 nite

if you are saying cameron highland than best if can get 2 days 2 nite

ex = friday nite after work than sunday nite reach SGP

No la. what u proposed in the first place is plenty enuf notice and the duration is good for a weekend ride. jus that u did not catch ppl at the right time is all:)

I may be going on a ride-to-nowhere day ride this Sat to Johor. No schedule no destination no plans. Just up up and away type of thingy.

Was at PG last Sat. Hot like mad! anyway ...

 

Me and a mate going to Cameron Highlands (Brinchang) on 1st May and return either on 2nd or most prob 3rd May.

 

Leaving Sg at 7am for CH.

Leave CH at noon on 2nd or 3rd May depending on whether bored or not there.

 

All welcomed to join us VFR or not.

CAMERON HIGHLANDS ride -LAST CALL:thumb:

 

I have a great bungalow in Tanah Rata with 5 rooms. Accomodation Cost will be split; more rider = lower $. Food and others cost to be borne by individual.

At the moment there are 3 confirmed riders (inc moi) and 1 other enquiry. There is 1 more room available.

 

 

 

Itin:

 

1st May - meet at Adam road food center car park at 7am and set out via 2nd link. eta CH 2pm

3rd May: Leave CH ard 11am to 12 noon; eta Sg 7pm.

Well... yes and no. I was agonising until the last minute as to which to go with. In the end, I just walked straight to the VFR. I'm glad I did; otherwise I would've been bent out of shape when I got back. Wish you could've been with us instd of going in June. There were still 2 empty rooms in the villa.
