Dah go thru SOC bagus ler...makna nye weight ko dah below 100 kn? Takpelah...nnt dah pulih bole bersenam lagi per... :angel:

 

fuyoh, lebih rabak dari aku time bmt... aku nyer partial ligament tear tapy tak yah ops...

 

Takpe...kat rumah ko puasa tdo puasa tdo confirm turun balik....:angel:

 

 

 

Ada bagus doc dapat zero in on ur injury....macam aku sampai skarang tak tahu ape prob lutut kiri senang give way lepas SOC...:cry:

 

 

 

wgt aku tak below 100 tetap kena buat SOC....
