Last night, I agree to go for a IPPT test on 27 Nov.

 

I've not been to IPPT for like almost 20+ years! Now.....I have to cram some physical training to prepare for the IPPT!

 

Yeah, you need to shape up for IPPT. What happens if you don't pass?

 

The cold, fever, phelgm at the throat has been bugging me since Tues....

 

I hope they really clear up by tomorrow....though that dont look likely.

 

Only good thing, is that I am not coughing too much while sleeping. But all those ginger tea is making me fart a lot more when sleeping.

 

Same, today have to take MC and can't claim 'cos I'm working part-time

A classmate of mine bugs me.

 

Maybe its just me being fasticious. Or that I am old.

 

This young man of 21, looking just like any short fat ah beng with dyed hair in odd style. His only experiences with working, is working in John Little on 1 week bazaar thingy 7 possibly the national service.

 

He is playful and obviously has no direction in life. The only reason he is taking my class, is because his girlfriend gave him a ultimatum to try to build himself up within a year from now.

 

For me, I understand about giving ultimatums, providing to faciliate for the ultimatum. But he is so playful and disruptive at class. I mean, he clown around with the rest of the younger girls in our class at my group. And I am actually fine with that.

 

The boy is actually very smart, intellgient. Despite his playful clowing antics, he scored well for certain aspect of the lessons & assessment. But he just sometimes gets on my nerve, that I occasionally have to speak his name in a quiet stern voice to pull his attention back.

 

And he didnt seem to have paid attention to the rules and regulations in the class nor show attention and respect to the lecturers which sometimes makes me want to thwack my back of my hands on his head but I can't. Because we classmates are all supposed to be adults, to be treated as adults, and to show the respect as adults!

I once had a classmate in my Japanese language class who would bring his own reading materials (other than the ones we were using in class) and go on a discussion frenzy throughout the lessons on his own readings and notes. Terribly distracting, not to mention rude.

 

Then again today I ended up in the section of the library which forbade group discussion (cos when I mentioned that this area is a no discussion area, my group mates said we were going to combine presentations anyway, not discussing) and ended up getting shh-ed at. So embarassing lol.

 

Also, I wonder what people do with their wet helmets when the rain gets into their helmets that had been left with the neck opening facing upwards (hanging off the bike)

 

Last but not least, hope to run into someone whom I think I'll not have a chance to meet again.

He came into class and announced that he is going to be serious in class, because his g/f scolded him for the clowning around and pictures he took and posted on facebook, obviously when the lessons were in session.

 

So...he decided to sit next to me, and displaced the auntie that was originally often sitting besides me. I was errrr....ok lah.

 

But then another boy classmate, also in my group, got phone calls issues with his g/f and her family, and I must say that we were all kinda involved in discussion about his issue for a while, while the class is ongoing. I really ought to keep my mouth shut to shush the classmates to focus on class and what is said in class instead of that g/f issue. Its partly my fault too, because I was advising him about the situation.

Who are you calling blind? The riders using the HID lamps or the ones that are being affected? I have to use HID lamps sometimes 'cos the road's unlit and yes, my bike's black in colour. A few times, if I'm using normal light, motorists around me can't gauge my speed and I had a few close shaves because of that.

try getting shone at by a queue of cars/bikes (bikers only abt 10% with HIDs, but cars almost 90% of the time) on the opposite lanes after one whole day of working in front of the comp and you will understand why it is so bugging.

 

oh, and try this - sit at the bus stop and let the vehicles shine straight into your eyes. 100% will go blind. I was in a daze for several moments after 1 with 4 lights (see my story in the Rally Point). sorry, but this HID lamp thingy is over-bling built on other people misery.

Thats those anti-glare mirrors can reduce hid lights glare, and behind my rear wind screen i suction up a sort of blind. Works. Those kuku can shine all they want, i ll just maintain my speed, not happy they can always overtake me. I always have the impression, those who purposely install hid is because their cars are slow, want to give impression they are fast approaching! Sg roads are well lit, such lamps are overkill.

My misjudgement, a 50 yo secretary, say she 30years secretarial experience, end up realise she dont know filing system, dont know computers, cannot understand commercial concepts. Pui. Give 1 week notice, ask me to compensate her 1 week she leave straight away! KNN, ultra fcuk type. She deserve to go and mop tables.

We were kinda just commenting, and well, I really am a enlarged version of Mummy. But Mummy mentioned that I have a ultra thick upper back shoulders. And kinda of think of it. Its true. I look at the mirror and saw that I really am wider & fleshier at the upper back shoulder blades.

 

I think thats kinda sad for a female. Not big in front at the right places.....but with a men's back.

$20 is really nothing much for me but you may not know how troublesome it is for me to waste my time and had to ride all e way down to Ah Boy just to get a bike cover.
