I think the carb tuning not very good. Test ride tis bike...veri smooth engine except the timing a bit out. Veri nice bike!!!

I saw a black honda cb900 with very nice after market oil cooler, looks cool on the bike, there also a fly screen on the headlight, from far the bike looks mint and clean to me. Is at one of the bike shop just opp the kopi shop off shun li industrial. I think is for sale.......

Sorry for the very late reply. The carb and the top cover for the block was remove to trobleshoot the problem. Suspected it's either the carb or the valve.

Hey, that belongs to a Melayu AhBang la. Very nice chap and he spent a fortune restoring it to this beautiful A1 standard. Heard from him that he took years to buy all the spares and finally he managed to rebuilt the bike back. He's a regular guy at Sin Ming Combine motors and that's where I found my Kawasaki too.

I saw your interesting pic of cb400n superdream. It reminds me of my wonderful riding time of this wonderful bike in the 1980 when it costed only $4K plus from boon siew.

Did u buy it for restoration? Unlike the modern high tech bikes, it's a sensible and practical machine for all rounder. Nice to own one again.
