Was also surprise it's the first registered unit for SEA. Actually the other 2 unit (Orange & Chrome) deserves to be in the pavillon more than mine. They look much better!

for ur foggin in ur casing, u can use the anti-fog solution at mustafa car section..a bottle abt $11-12. hope this helps

Bro i usually change my engine oil every 3k mileage. as for servicing, other then engine oil, I think I never serviced it before. So just head to UM tell them to service my bike? How much does it cost usually?

oh btw .. that wing rack is not original .. it's a local made like the acerbis dual rod hand guard ... indonesia can do what they like ...

 

that is why i told the dukes bros ... happen if the 125 reach indonesia.... they will convert the 125 into MONSTERS beyond their imagination!!!!

 

one of the reasons i slowed down with the idea to get ktm this year!! ...

what i meant is that we saw him holding the gear sock

so we ask him how much we bought

then we say maybe you selling cheaper

that time we did not know he bought from you...

basic servicing like change EO,tires,change brake shoes etc can do at any bike shop

but if you need any spares to change the bike shop might not have it...

esp engine parts and seals...

they will still go back to UM to get...

for servicing at UM basic is $6 where they will do basic checking only

like brake tension,clutch and throttle cable adjustment,sprocs tension,check and clean air filter

the rest replacement of parts will have to see what type of parts you replace then the pricing...

there is a life span of each part so after sometime they need replacing is normal

its normal wear and tear...

Can only tell after reviews from actual riders. Ten minutes on the bike and if really got back pain, it's a problem. Hahaha

the actual fact is every bike has it's own characteristic ... one cannot be the same as another in terms of performance and mileage. some can achieved 500+km while some can achieved even 1000km as claimed.

 

for your bike, it is wise to know the history of the bike first from the first owner ... how he take care of the bike and how the performance of the bike and also what's the reason he sold the bike for... an honest seller will insight you with his honesty.

Not sure where you get your bike, unlike at UM, most shop do'nt bother abt the bike true condition .. anyone sold the bike to them, they will just let go with the same condition. Why? becos like alvin said when come to spare parts, all original parts have to get from UM. Sad to say but that's what's the real facts.

 

Although we say that, that does not mean you can't get from other resource, there's always a way to come extent.

 

Ok back to your bike ... we recomend you to go UM for your periodic meaintenace and since your bike have already reached 36000km , do the necessary check up according the the manual book.

brother .. my late grandfather used to cycle all the way from pontian to spore to visit my mum twice a month!!! ... at that time my mum was only 14 yrs old when she married my father !! ..

 

relax bro ... when go touring it's not about how fast you want to reach the destination .. it's all about the fun and adventure during riding !! ... one has to know his or her bike limits ... see oren and nisha .. riding pulsar at her own level stage now in vietnam already ....

 

these people on bike advice they are tourers too ...
