1st tank ran 376km with 2 bars remaining and filled 9.573 liters. This is with a daily load of 150KG (i.e. me)!

The fuel gauge seems to start falling only after 200km, but after that one bar every 20km.

Got the first servicing done and rack mounted. After that went around looking for boxes and impulsively bought this V47.

The mechanic mentioned that the box bracket is extended and may not be that strong. He advised not loading too heavy stuff and remind any pillion not to lean too much on the box.

Also got a helmet lock installed at $18

BTW, anyone bought bike accessories at China website before? I'm looking at some saddle bags that are just a fraction of the prices here. E.g. :

Got a photo of the bike from the side so we see the full setup profile ?

The rack seems indeed to be mounted no too safely, especially where the helmet lock is: is that a bracket between the rack and the main pillion footpeg assembly ?

hi guys... i know the conversation has progressed to the new NS but i would like to seek advice for the 180dtsi

next month marks 5 years since i bought my pulsar 180dtsi (no regrets ever since) and im planning to put up a wing rack and new paintwork just to give it a new facelift..

im looking at Givi wingrack 2 and i have seen mods for it from our fellow friends in indonesia and was wondering whether anybody has done it here...

i dont intend to do serious touring, its more for extra storage and aesthetics purposes for my daily commuting from home to work...

looking forward to your best advise for

price,

mod workshop and price

as well as honest opinions on the setup...

use the racks that comes with the boxes, sb1000 or sb2000...

wing rack alone in singapore cost about $200+ without the boxes...

e21s with the rack cost about $180-$240 depending on where you get it...

for KNN filter, you can contact phantom150 in the CMO thread for the filter...

but only available for UG 3,4,P200...

not sure if he still has for UG1 & 2...

easy way to identify...

UG1 -> silver engine block, 18" wheels, silver spoke rims, chrome exhaust, analogue speedo, kick start...
UG2 -> black engine block, 17" wheels, black sport rims, black exhaust, analogue speedo, kick start...
UG3 -> black engine block, 17" wheels, black sport rims, black exhaust, digital speedo, sharp led tail light, kick start...
UG4 -> black engine block, 17" wheels, black sport rims, black exhaust, digital speedo, sharp led tail light, clip on handlebars, no kick start, front tank flaps...
P200 -> black engine block, 17" wheels, black sport rims, silver exhaust, digital speedo, sharp led tail light, no kick start, front tank flaps...

135LS and 200NS no need to intro liao...
both look unique and different from the other UGs...

Cost $20 at UM including install. You can place your helmet on your seat and wont get so wet if it rains.

i ask for P200 they quote me $32 including installation le. how come you get $20
