Guess you need to check whether the battery is charged properly when your machine is running. If it is, then something wrong with the relay or electrical section.

still doing running in. now clocked 757km in a week. dis is wat i found out.

 

for p180 wif spocket front 15 rear 37:

riding at an ave speed of 75km/h, rpm 5k, 1 litre will get u 47km. i pump in jb, 16 litres at 757km. not even reserved. which means p180 has 19 litres of tank, 17litres for use, n 2 litres for reserved.

how much exactly for dyno run i duno... i thk shld b 150++ usually ppl use it to get their performance data of their bike, but for ur case i thk will b cheaper jus tell em u wana do machine run-in they will know.... along e rd to um thr is one shop doing dyno run i thk.

OH IC...so actually at 2500km, i dont have to replace anything. but would'nt it be "unhealthy" to make the engine oil last for 4250km until 5000kms? some more now the eo is mineral oil. really a nub at this stuff.

Bro it's just a guideline ... btw sorry yours P180 every 2500km EO change

like I said before there are slight difference in both manual book.

 

Basically it's your own preference and your own feel ... all depends too on the way you 'treat' your bike ...

 

Running Speed

in the manual stated during Running In

DO NOT EXCEED the following speed limit

 

from 0 - 1000 km

1st gear 15km

2nd gear 30km

3rs gear 45km

4th gear 55km

5th gear 65km

 

1000 - 2000km

1st gear 20km

2nd gear 40km

3rd gear 55km

4th gear 65km

5th gear 75km

 

honestly, do you really want to ride with that speed all the way???

it's your bike, your choice, your preference and your experience decide what's best for your bike....every rider have different approach ..

.... u realised after sometime that we have done so much for the bike... end of day, all is nothing...

 

we might as well focus from modification to ENHANCE our bike. Enhance our bike to have better fuel consumption. better quality of air-filter and better pick up for smooth and safe riding....

First EO change is 800km ( your reading will be 800km)

Second EO change is 2k km (Your reading will be 2800)

 

So what christ have told u might be correct, base on ur posting.

Bro....

 

Rear sprocket 37 is only meant for single rider with no pillion and rider must be average weight.

 

Under RPM will cause great stress to the gear and engine. please be caution.

i just realised dat. i change my first eo too late. by right it shld b around 800km, wen i double check my mileage, its almost 1000km! i quickly went jb dis morning n change oil. now have to wait another 600km for another change. dats wat d mech at UM says.
