Yeah just brought a Bajaj Pulsar 200 today at Universal Motor.

 

I ask for a red color with rack n matching color box.

 

$6500 on the road with insurance. Now waiting for number retention to be register onto this bike and then is RIDE liao.

Hi,

there are a few brands that you can change to

dunlop,duro,irc,battalex,michelin

can change at any bike shops that have the size or AGL or UM

can check the post number in my signature for the tire prices at UM

 

the best is battalex but it is quite ex and wears out faster

the grip is very good

if not the other brands are not bad too

if $$$ is slightly tight to change both front and rear tires then change the rear tire 1st

the front tire can keep to stock

the mileage of any tire will depend on your riding style,inflation of tire etc

average battalex tires last about 1yr+ to 2yrs

n also e shelf-life of the tyre..sum tyres r sold cheaper coz they have been on the shelf for a very long time..hence more tyre dust will occur and the tyre wun last longer than it should

Well big bike, big power sure drink more petrol, tyre also wear off faster, maintenance cost super high.

 

I miss my Kawa Z1000 as not so sensitive compare to Ducati, but of cos the thrill is diff.

 

Well now i got a P200 for daily riding, so no more worries about parking or wear & tear cost.

 

Hope brand new bike won't give me headache at least for 1st 6months, if not i swear i will boycott this BRAND. (hahahahaha)

used to ride p200..managed to get 700km+ per full tank..2 wks go jb..sumtimes haven reserve oso cnnt tahan must go jb..haha..pulsar reali for transport..80-90km/h will be nice..bt i changed to fz1 coz my gf complain butt pain n slow..hahaha

for daily riding you will be surprise at the FC of this bike

i am guessing you will be riding at the speed of about 80-90km/h for daily transport

maybe you can consider to change your sproc size to smaller size to reduce the stress on the engine at the higher speeds and lower the rpm and vibrations at higher speeds

can change to sinnob sprocs(from indonesia) or just change to normal pulsar sprocs

well for daily transport, i think this is the best, for wear & tear n f/c.

 

morning everything also jam, my legs kana heated up always.

 

But there's always the pro & con for both small n big bike. but for work purpose i rather ride P200, but for weekend & night time then i would either ride my big bike or drive.

Hmm just read about the review of the 135LS. A few mentioned that due to the lightweightness of the bike, the suspension didnt work out as well. Again, im quite worried about lightweightness + suspension issue. Im just 58kilo and riding a cub is really bouncy for me. Hehe. So now also looking at P180. Actually im wondering, any guys here willing to lend me one P180 to rest ride? I really wanna know how the suspension performs.

lemme get things clear. rite nw u r ridin a cub n from ur signature..u juz passed like a few wks back n mebbe ridin an x1r. now u contemplatin to change to a heavier bike. damn fast sia u wana change bike..get a p200..invest in better suspensions like an s4 n if its still too light..put boxes n sideboxes..dat shud work..

haha.. well sometimes buying machine is luck one... sometimes u first 6mths problem then no more problem for long long... sometime is first 6mths no problem then got problem then no problem kind. so its all suai heng..
