Stock new one cost ard 800 plus. Can try second hand one. Just saw one at ah ann there. Dun expect shui shui one. Look used. Can pop by there to see. Or first motor there,saw a few shadows there. Maybe they had stocks.

I've been planning that SG trip since last year but plans keep changing. We're attending a wedding in Australia and I plan to detour to SG before going home.

Nice plan but the wifey wanted to stay longer so vacation time will be used up. But who knows, if there's a good promo fare available, I might fly solo there. Haha

You had the original pipe?? As in the stock pipe is not tempered with?

I am trying to find the stock pipe too, anyone can advice where to get 1?

My Pipe i think is original cause is very silent, actually i thinking of buying extra pipe to custom without Baffles

think it will cost me around $350~$400 for 2nd hand from oversea.

let me know if you can't find a better price in local.

Hi, your stock pipe was modified before? Can pass inspection? I've original stock pipe and can consider swopping if yrs sounds ok to me... Sold my noisy pipes to bro Jonborah but still love noisy pipes without breaking the law....

Yup mine was modified before as Rosli and other workshops say its hollowed.

I bought my bike about 1 month ago, and it was very loud before I rejeted the carbs.

I passed inspection at STA sin Ming last 2 weeks ago with this pipe.

We can meet up and you can hear it

Me too , my bike from 1st to 3rd gear will have the same problem as yours when try throttle goes more than half.

Rosli check through my electric cable and do some wire adjustment and change the rectifier($120), acceleration test/adjustment,change spark plug(all), smoke test and some sort of Coolant DNA test !!

 

Overall it cost me $260 , abit pricey but i felt is worth it.

now have no problem on my pick up speed and hopefully able to last few years...

The coolant tester, can find online on eBay. It's not cheap though, especially when using one time (unless you want to test different brands of coolant, that's different )

I run on mineral oil. Old engines need thicker oil. Besides, it's cheaper too.

Seriously, very nice mods on your steed. Have you considered Centerline wheel caps?

I had one of these when I used to ride my Steed.

nice. is that carb manifold customised or you bought the "conversion kit" or do you simply just change the air filter??
