Here's a short trip report on our 1st outing in 2009 :smile:

 

After meeting in GP esso at 10am, we left & reach Batu Pahat town during lunch time. We had a nice lunch & fellowship at a new shopping mall, inside the OldTown kopi tiam. After a long lunch, we travel to the hotspring to soak our feet. After the hotspring, we travel back to Bukit Indah to eat our favourite frog leg porridge & oyster eggs. Sorry, I only hv photo of hotspring here, but the bukit Indah place is really good ambience, colorful neon lights & amazing cheap good varieties of food.

 

One thing I must conclude, we must thank & praise Him for His protective hands to grant us journey safety & also give us the great weather & also for the joy we felt as His Holy Spirit moves amongst us as we fellowship in His name.

we were all behaving ourselves. Travelling speed 80:cheeky: . My butt hurt like mad, took DR200 there.:angel:

what time you guys came back to singapore? was it very dark to ride? phantom headlights very lousy one hor? Can see the road when you ride at 100kmh?

 

Day time i have no problem...its the night that i am not so sure.

after your first riding trip up north, you'll enjoy the experience of being 'released'- released from sgp roads, and released from all the worries and cares back home when all you see ahead is miles and miles of road, plus trees, and alot of bugs slamming onto your helmet. :)

 

was it very dark to ride? phantom headlights very lousy one hor? Can see the road when you ride at 100kmh?

travel along north bridge road, enter by Keong Siak street

look out for Oriental Plaza

When we travel as a group, we can share the lights.

yap, no prob with the pavement. had a TP standing in front of my bike for nearly 15 min, he was looking at all the cars, didn't even bother with the 20-30 bikes parked at the pavement
