hey guys, i'm really intersted in buying a scrambler, most prolly a ktm 200, but i'm worried about some issues.

firstly i'm like 158cm about 41kg i'm afraid the bike will be too tall for me, anyone knows if i down fork will i be able to reach the ground? and from what i've seen its relatively difficult to do kick start, does it apply to all scramblers?

:cheeky: thank you

hi,cuncun. yap! all the info is down there except 4 the hard 2 start part! dis can be due 2 the following problems. 1) broken reed petals. 2) air filter/carb clogged up. 3) 2 rich pre mix ratio/improper oil which causes the spark plug 2 have alot of carbon desposits. 4) spark plug coil or cdi is abt 2 konk out.

a proper set up 2 stroke bike won have any problems starting at all either hot or cold. hope u find all the answers u r looking 4!

158 and 41kg. hmmm must be a girl. want my short ktm? =)

will i be able to touch the ground with it? thats what i'm most concerned about (:

158 thats really short. u will have a lot of trouble reaching the ground. y not get the shorter scrams available like XR125/200?

if u really really are persistent about riding a ktm, get the short fork model motards.

there is a chance u would be able to touch the ground with one leg.

hi,yr problem would be the spring rate! u need 2 change 2 heavier rate springs! DO NOT change yr fork oil grade 2 a heavier wt 1. ie- 10 wt,20 wt. the white power forks r design 2 work with 5 wt fork oil ONLY. or u can revalve yr forks, dat would help 2.
