He has a huge fan base. I think he might win this.

After 7 seasons, I really cannot stand Paula Abdul anymore. She is just so irritating.

Michael Johns should not be out. Wasted.

IMO, the next that should go is Carly. She had a record deal before so she should be disqualified. Yes, her singing and range is definitely high up there in the grp but it's not fair. I hope she 'll be out next.

David Cook is on a roll this week. His rendition of Mariah Carey's 'Always Be My Baby' is unique and interesting. He managed to turn a bubble gum pop version of the song into something like a ballad. :thumb: This week I'm anticipating Kristy Lee Cook or Brooke White to be out. :p

I guessed right. Brooke and Kristy were the bottom two. Though Kristy is out, at least she managed to stay on until the top 7. Simon predicted she would be out at the top 10. Her singing of her song to Simon was rather corny though... :giddy:

Hmmm, for this week's performance, I feel that Carly and Syaesha were the better two performers. Brooke and Jason were the lousiest. Brooke should have been the one who is out. Why now American Idol everyweek is a different mentor... And most mentors are people I don't know or their songs doesn't interest me lol.

 

I prefer last time when they got a different theme every week. Like different genres every week, that would be nicer

That was what people assumed in the 5th season of American Idol. Most said that Chris Daughtry would win the competition but in the end, Taylor Hicks won. A lot of good that did, considering that Hicks is now in oblivion. :cheeky: I'm with Haya^Busa. High possibility that David Archuleta may win the competition... :)

This week, the weakest contestant is Jason Castro. Totally out of his league. I wouldn't mind if Brooke is out either. She's beginning to irritate me with her facial expressions and outburst. Simon made his comments and she actually interrupted him by saying, "No, No" to his comments. :nono:

 

Classic moment was when Paula Abdul made her comments about 'both' Jason's performance when he only performed one song. :slapforehead: She really sounded drunk... :faint:

You know who Jason reminds me so much of? Hugh Grant. I find it irritating when Hugh Grant makes faces and the way he squints in his movies. Jason too makes faces without the squinting. :nono:

 

My prediction now is as follows :-

2) David Archuleta

1) David Cook

 

I want Cook to ultimately win but I guess Archuleta may just win it based on his cute, adorable disposition. If Cook wins, it is due to his awesome talent... :thumb:
