For big boring your strokers, think the gain is mostly minor because your crankcase designed for 250.

 

Stock more reliable ah, if its just pipes then no issue, if engine work, I think will be troublesome.

 

I have lots of RS250 parts if u need. Good condition frame fork wheels swing arm and some other parts if u are looking for one. The tss 500 will need to do a fair bit of work. Get it ready for the coming changi track? Was thinking of doing a bike up last time but scarp the idea.

A month ago I saw this RD500 near Pang Scooters there, after asking a lil, I found out he has 3 more in a garage somewhere, is he anyone here? If he is, you're bloody awesome...and rich huhuhu.

 

I'd love to put that in a modern frame, suspensions, tuned pipe and make it a track bike...pipe dreams ahah.

according from pictures above.. can you guys describes it a little bit.. is it too lean or rich or hot or cold? because on running temperature is quite good even running under a hot weather and why the electrod of the plug is half brownish and the another one is black?
