How to appeal to Town Council for parking at Void Decks?

This has always been an anticipated reaction from the authorities. i think every carparks should also noted a sharp increase in powerpuff girls patrolling & finings.

 

this is stupid. town councils & whichever boards take our money, put it in their own account, say it's meant for upgrading the environment to better serve the residents and citizens. but they quietly go and buy whatever minibonds & megabonds using those. then they lost the money big time. newspaper uncover the issue. boards now say they only invest a certain small percent of the money only, and the remaining amount left in the account is still more than enough to meet the citizen's needs, and they won't increase the price here and there. half a year later, they finally take out the knife, fine here and fine there, and make the innocent citizens (us!) pay for their stupid & greedy mistakes, which on the other hand, should the investment turn out to be a profit, the citizens would not get a share anyway.

 

i just want to say to the whites: you've lost my vote.
