eh ask you all ah,i kena parking coupon last night at 2.35am then i just went to buy my season parking only. still need to pay for fine ah? cause 2.35 still considered today right? and my season parking effective frm today. lol.

Same date maybe good chance to appeal, make sure you focus on the same date. I was late 2 days to renew season, got fined but succesful appeal due to bike in & out of workshop around that time. However, i was first-timer appeal. I think yr friendly n'hood HDB sure got computer track of hw many offences / appeal etc.

First time summon,they usually consider appeal.And some more it is same day,they will close eye.

If you buy it on the same day, simply head down to your HDB branch to report this.

 

They do state somewhere in their rules that you can safely ignore any same-day parking summons that the Parking Wardens inadvertently issues you.

But to play it safe, go to the HDB branch...

note: if u buy the season parking thru those AXS or SAM machines.

& u kana e summon ONLY AFTER u buy.

no worries, just make a trip down to HDB & show them yr season parking & yr fine.

they'll wavie it off for u, be it 1st time or 2nd time.

 

reason: it'll take them some time (usually 24 working hrs) to update their system.
