Bike still under installment. My bike shop says that i cannot sell my bike back to them. They will only take in the bike if i wanna overtrade or else ask me to do early settlement.

Is it a must that i have to overtrade and am not able to sell off the bike? :help:

how does it work if i were to sell it away to other bike shop?

do i have settle the remaining installment plus the early settlement fee to the old bike shop or will the new shop settle it for me and throw it into the new bike installment?

when u sell to other bike shop, lets say the other bike shop take ure bike at 2.5k , if ure remaining installments is higher than this selling price, den u need to top up to clear ure installments..but if ure remaining installments is lower than selling price, u get a money back....early settlement hm...could be implied....

Since the bike is still under installment, technically you do not own the bike yet, that's why you can't sell it but can trade it to the original bikeshop for another bike. Valuation is another question altogether.
