just connect a switch to one side on the neon light wire. With that, plus another end of the neon light (another wire), just tap it to your battery source.

i just wanna ask u. hmm how to support it ah? its like fluroscent those kind? use cable tie?

if your bike under seat area got place for you to tie using cable tie, of cos can. if not, can use double side tape. but not those cheapo 1 u get from bookshop. i think 3M got more stronger double side tape, but i dont know where to get it.
