First of all you will need money. Then think of a name (Check to see if it exists). Then find a trusted web hosting company to host your site.

u can register a .com (domain) at godaddy.com or namecheap.com

google for discount coupons..

 

hosting wise

who are ur target audience?

local or overseas?

if local, it's better for u to sign up with local webhost coys eg: orynet.com or limebox.com.sg

if ur targetting overseas audience, you're better off with webhosts from overseas eg: downtownhost.com or knownhost.com

 

some of the above hosts even have packages.. free domain with hosting if u pay for a yr..

 

i personally have had good experience and support with the 4 hosts above..
